Agon Shehu is a highly motivated and accomplished media professional with a passion for solving problems and improving the user experience, particularly in the field of virtual reality. He recently graduated from Manhattan College with a concentration in Media Production and a minor in Digital Media Arts. His education, paired with his professional certificate in UX design for VR and AR applications, has equipped him with the necessary skills to excel in the field of virtual reality user experience design. He is also a skilled graphic designer and video editor, adding to his versatility in the field of media production.

Agon's passion for virtual reality is evident in his senior thesis, where he wrote about consumer adoption of VR, analyzing the pain points preventing mass adoption of VR headsets. His research was published in ETC's Review of General Semantics in 2022, showcasing his ability to produce high-quality, scholarly work. This thesis further cemented his belief that user experience design is key in the successful adoption of new technologies and solidified his desire to work as a UX designer for VR.

As a designer and artist at heart, Agon is passionate about solving problems and making everyday life more practical for everyone. He has a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of human-computer interaction, which he utilizes to create intuitive and user-friendly designs. He leverages his skills as a graphic designer and video editor to create visually stunning and engaging designs and videos.

Currently, Agon is employed as a manager at 5th Dimension VR, a virtual reality arcade, where he helps teach customers how to play games and ensures they have a memorable experience. His role requires him to have excellent communication and leadership skills, which he has honed over time. He is responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that the arcade runs smoothly and efficiently.
